About Us
Smoke & Maple started with four people, six thousand dollars, a garage, and a dream. Today, that dream has grown into a modern gastropub built for the nights people actually remember.
It is a place where great food, thoughtful drinks, warm hospitality, and a little old Florida charm come together in a way that feels easy, intentional, and alive. The room has energy without being loud. The service has purpose without being stiff. The experience feels elevated, but never out of reach.
This is where you come for dinner and end up staying for one more drink. Where a quick meet-up turns into a full table. Where the food gives you a reason to show up, the bar gives you a reason to settle in, and the atmosphere gives you a reason to come back.
