The space brings together dark maple wood, leather, open industrial architecture, large windows, and old Florida character to create a room with real energy.

Hosts at Smoke & Maple are responsible for creating a warm, organized, and polished first impression for every guest who walks through the door. This role sets the tone for the entire dining experience.

You will greet guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating, support the flow of the dining room, and work closely with servers, bartenders, managers, and the kitchen team to keep service moving smoothly.

The right candidate is calm, friendly, sharp, and organized. You know how to make people feel welcome, even when the room is full and the waitlist is getting spicy.
