ABOUT THE ROLE
Smoke & Maple is a modern gastropub built around elevated comfort food, interesting cocktails, great beer, and polished hospitality that never feels stiff.
Our style is Rustic Refined. That means familiar food done with more intention. Drinks that feel thoughtful without trying too hard. Service that feels warm, sharp, and human. The space brings together dark maple wood, leather, open industrial architecture, large windows, and old Florida character to create a room with real energy.
We are building a restaurant where people come for dinner, settle in for drinks, bring friends, celebrate milestones, meet clients, and stay longer than they planned.
For the right Server, this is an opportunity to help shape the guest experience from the beginning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous serving experience required
- Experience in a full-service restaurant, gastropub, or high-volume hospitality environment preferred
- Strong food, beverage, and guest service knowledge
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and high-volume shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to stay composed, focused, and guest-centered during busy service
- Must meet all local and state requirements for food and alcohol service, if applicable
